Bookings

Anyone aged 18+ can make a booking request by completing the booking form. When completing the form make sure to read and understand the information requested. During the completion of the booking form, it will automatically update the price of the booking alongside a deposit which will be 50%. To make a deposit we will send you a payment link for the appropriate amount. Our professional service requires a minimum of 2 hours. All information provided to us is made freely and will be used in line with all relevant laws and regulations. If you do not want to provide us relevant information in relation to your booking, we may not be able to assist you as the information we request helps us to provide a better and transparent service to our clients and customers. Charge client

Price - £35.00/hr

This service is optimal for clients who are booking for events such a birthdays, wedding's, community fun days , corporate events or other occasions similar to that effect. As the type of booking is paid for by the client, we do not charge individuals for any designs painted. The length of service is variable based on the client's requirements with a minimum of two (2) hours booking. The price of this service is from £35 per hour subjected to terms and conditions.

Price - £0.00/hr

This service is optimal for clients who are booking for events such as festivals, community fun days, corporate (such as businesses with soft play for example) or other occasions similar to that effect. As the individuals are being charged per design (price is variable) this option is completely free for the client. The length of service is variable based on the client's requirements with a minimum of two (2) hours booking. Subjected to terms and conditions.

Where are you based?

We are located within the City of Doncaster and cover South Yorkshire and surrounding areas with great access to the M18, M180, M62, A1 and M1.

We offer professional face painting services at a location directed by the client.
We offer flexible pricing based on event duration and charge type. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.
You can book us for any public, private or annual/seasonal event.
At events we bring a mood board with 12–16 face-painting options, divided into Large and Small designs. If the person doesn’t see a design they like, they can speak to our experienced face painter Chloe to discuss a custom design or take a look through our design album.
All bookings are subjected to 50% deposit at the time of booking and only refunded if we cancel. The remaining 50% is due on the date of the event by cash or card.
Yes, we have public liability insurance. The certificate is available upon request to clients and the amount of cover is up to £1 million.
We have waivers as a legal consent form. The customer is legally agreeing to terms and conditions before engaging with CL Paints therefore as a company we cannot be held liable to any risks that may be associated with our services. We also take photographs for portfolio, social media, marketing and website purposes which is stated on the waiver form and customers can agree or disagree for photos to be taken of the customer.
These details such as name, date of birth, email address and contact number are all relevant to establish the identity of the customer. It helps us as a business to comply with GDPR. The customer also receives a copy of the waiver to the email address entered within the waiver.
