As a thank you for supporting CL Paints, we're excited to offer our Quarterly VIP Party Giveaway! Every three months, one lucky winner will receive a FREE 2-hour professional face painting booking, worth £90, for a private booking such as a birthday party, family celebration, or other private event.

Entry is simple. Tickets cost £2.00 each, plus a 27p processing fee, with a maximum of 100 tickets available for each draw and one ticket per person. Ticket sales open on the 1st of March, June, September, and December, closing at 11:59pm on the 7th, with the winner drawn at random on the 8th.

The winning booking is valid for 12 months from the draw date and is redeemable for private bookings only. The prize is subject to availability, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Travel charges outside our standard service area of 10 miles from our trading address within Doncaster, South Yorkshire will be payable at £1/mile for the single journey up to the value of £50. CL Paints reserves the right to decline bookings outside our normal operating areas. The winner will be contacted by email and announced on our Facebook page and website on the day of the draw.

Bookings

Booking with CL Paints is quick, simple and designed to keep you informed every step of the way.

If you're unsure whether we're available, you can first submit a Check Availability request without completing the full booking form. We'll manually review your preferred date, time and location before confirming whether we can attend your event.

If we're available, you'll receive an email inviting you to complete your booking. You'll also receive updates throughout the process and can access your Client Portal at any time to view your booking, complete any outstanding tasks and track your booking status.

Alternatively, if you're ready to book, you can complete a full booking request straight away. Our team will review your submission and contact you if any further information is required.

We also offer revenue sharing whereby we attend your public booking and charge customers pay per paint and give you (the client) a percentage of earnings. If this is ever an option for you, select the amount on the booking form and we can discuss this further with you prior to completion. This way, you make some money & we make some money but most importantly the customers are happy.

Our professional face painting service requires a minimum booking of two hours.

This service is optimal for clients who are booking for events such a birthdays, wedding's, community fun days , corporate events or other occasions similar to that effect. As the type of booking is paid for by the client, we do not charge individuals for any designs painted. The length of service is variable based on the client's requirements with a minimum of two (2) hours booking. The price of this service is from £45 per hour subjected to terms and conditions.

Charge type - customers (Pay Per Paint)

Price - £0.00/hr

This service is optimal for clients who are booking for events such as festivals, community fun days, corporate (such as businesses with soft play for example) or other occasions similar to that effect. As the individuals are being charged per design (price is variable) this option is completely free for the client. The length of service is variable based on the client's requirements with a minimum of two (2) hours booking. Subjected to terms and conditions.

Where are you based?

We are located within the City of Doncaster and cover South Yorkshire and surrounding areas with great access to the M18, M180, M62, A1 and M1.

  • We offer professional face painting & glitter services at a location directed by the client.

  • We offer flexible pricing based on event duration and charge type. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

  • You can book us for any public, private or annual/seasonal event.

  • At events we bring a mood board with 12–16 face-painting options, divided into Large and Small designs. If the person doesn’t see a design they like, they can speak to our experienced face painter Chloe to discuss a custom design or take a look through our design album.

  • All bookings are subjected to 50% deposit at the time of booking and only refunded if we cancel. The remaining 50% is due on the date of the event by cash or card. Alternatively you can pay in full once the booking has been confirmed.

  • Yes, we have public liability insurance. The certificate is available upon request to clients and the amount of cover is up to £5 million.

  • We have waivers as a legal consent form. The customer is legally agreeing to terms and conditions before engaging with CL Paints therefore as a company we cannot be held liable to any risks that may be associated with our services. We also take photographs for portfolio, social media, marketing and website purposes which is stated on the waiver form and customers can agree or disagree for photos to be taken of the customer.

  • These details such as name, date of birth, email address and contact number are all relevant to establish the identity of the customer. It helps us as a business to comply with GDPR. The customer also receives a copy of the waiver to the email address entered within the waiver.
